Resolved 08-08-02 approved


4. Matters arising

Clerk waiting to receive information about "Quality" status and upgrading of street lighting and will report back



5. Financial

report /update

Verbal report from Clerk on current position. Six months accounts to be prepared at end of month



6. Internal auditor

Clerk reported Mrs Maureen Jones has agreed to act without charge and to carry out a six-monthly check


7. Minibus Association

Resolved recommend short term loan of 7,500 on same terms as last occasion



8. Church Yards review of contributions

Resolved recommend budget figure of 750 for next year based on figures provided of annual expenditure of approx 1,200




9. Standing orders

Committee noted updating of model standing orders to take account of Code of Conduct and procedures on awarding contracts

Resolved recommend limit of 35,000 for formal tendering process, all tenders to be opened in presence of Clerk and at least 2 members

Clerk to produce updated standing orders for formal adoption









10. Badge of office

Resolved recommend proceed with following repairs:

  1. regilding 50 75
  2. new ribbon 8

Clerk to investigate a more permanent chain
