Clerk gave brief report on Councils financial position

4. IT System
Clerk gave progress report on installation
Resolved:
1. Install additional BT telephone line @ £49.50 + monthly rental of £14.99 and free use of e-mail / internet at evenings and weekends
2. Purchase scanner – cost up to £150
3. Investigate installation of accounts software

5. Delegation of functions from CBC
Letter from Community and Operations Director regarding continuation of playing field service and leisure centre facilities. Also Environmental Health Director had raised verbally issues relating to public conveniences.
Resolved inform CBC:
1. Concern about receiving letter so soon after discussion with other CBC officers on 07-12-00
2. Too late to consider for 2001/02
3. Invite discussion for next financial year with a complete CBC position rather than requests from individual departments

Resolved:
1. Recommend budget provision set out in attached schedule
2. After deducting estimated balances and income apply for precept of £12,000

 Framing – Twinning picture £58.50
